Regarding the product
1What materials/specifications of fasteners can your molds produce?
We can produce cold-headed and hot-forged bolts or nuts in different specifications ranging from M3 to M80
2Can I customize molds based on my drawings? What is the process?
Sure, you can provide us with the product drawings and mold installation requirements. We will complete the mold design and then confirm with you before proceeding with production and shipment
3Are the mechanical equipment (such as presses) you recommend brand new or second-hand?
They are brand new, and they are all from the same brand. The equipment used in the factory I am familiar with is of high quality and well-recognized.
4Do you provide equipment operation training or installation guidance?
Yes, and one of our shareholders is a British national residing in China
Regarding orders and prices
1What is the minimum order quantity? Is it different for molds and machines?
There is no minimum order quantity
2Can you provide free samples? Who will bear the shipping cost?
Sorry, we do not provide free samples. We will quote separate shipping costs based on the customer's requirements, including air freight and sea freight
3What are the payment methods?
We support T/T and other payment methods
4Is the quotation FOB, CIF, or EXW?
We can provide a quotation based on customer requirements.
Regarding quality and delivery
1How do you ensure the quality of molds and machines? What are your quality control processes?
Regarding molds: We will invite the customer to confirm our design drawings, and secondly, we conduct a full inspection of the molds before each shipment.
In terms of equipment, firstly, the equipment we recommend has been used in factories in China and has proven to be of good quality. After the equipment is completed, we conduct an acceptance inspection to ensure there are no issues. We will then invite the customer to conduct the inspection or send a video to the customer for confirmation before shipping. Finally, the installation is completed at the customer's factory. If there are any issues during use, the customer can communicate with us and we will help them solve the problem as soon as possible.
2Is there any quality certification (such as CE certification)
All relevant certifications are available
3What is the standard delivery time?
The delivery time for molds is 15 days, subject to the quantity and mold design.
4 What is the packaging like? Can it ensure safe transportation?
We will ensure shockproof and moisture-proof packaging to ensure safe transportation.
Regarding after-sales service
1How long is the lifespan of the mold? Is there a warranty period?
We only recommend molds that offer high cost-effectiveness.
2If the machine malfunctions, what kind of technical support or warranty service do you provide?
The equipment is equipped with remote monitoring capabilities, allowing us to conduct remote diagnostics. Additionally, we can communicate through chat software, video conferencing, and email.
3Do you supply wear parts or spare parts?
For supply, normally we recommend customers to prepare 1-2 years' worth of consumable parts
